How can I delete my account?
Deleting your account from the Mero Taxi app is simple.
Please send an email to:
With the following subject: Account Deletion.
In the body of the email, state:
Your full name, email used to log in to the app and mobile phone number with area code.
After review, which may take up to 5 business days, your account will be removed.
What will be deleted?
Your name, address, cell phone, documents sent, email, login, photos and vehicle data will be deleted if you are a driver.
