You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

You agree not to share your account or impersonate another individual.
4. Use of Services

MeroApp facilitates connections between Users and Drivers but does not itself provide transportation.

Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of MeroApp.

Users agree to cooperate with Drivers at pickup and drop-off points.

We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.
5. Fares & Payment

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, type of vehicle, demand (surge), tolls, and other factors.

Payment can be made via cash, card, wallet, or other methods available in the App.

By confirming a ride, you authorize MeroApp to charge the applicable Fare.

MeroApp reserves the right to update pricing and fees from time to time.
6. Cancellation & Refunds

Users may cancel rides within the allowed time frame; late cancellations may incur fees.

If a Driver cancels or does not show, the User may request a refund or rebooking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines depend on payment provider policies.
7. User & Driver Conduct

Users must:

Treat Drivers with respect and avoid unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

Not carry prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items.

Pay the agreed Fare without dispute.

Drivers must:

Maintain vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition.

Abide by traffic laws and safety standards.

Provide courteous service to Users.

Misconduct by either party may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
8. Liability & Disclaimer

MeroApp is a facilitator, not the provider of transport services.

We are not liable for:

Accidents, personal injury, or property damage during rides.

Delays, unavailability, or cancellations by Drivers.

Misconduct or negligence of Users or Drivers.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the disputed ride.
9. Insurance

Drivers are required to maintain valid motor vehicle insurance as per law.

MeroApp does not provide additional personal insurance unless expressly stated.
10. Intellectual Property
